Will the lights damage my soffit?+
No. Our aluminum track fastens with small clips designed for vinyl, aluminum, or wood soffits. Removal is fully reversible and the process is covered by our workmanship warranty.
Can I really not see them during the day?+
Only if you know where to look. We colour-match the channel to your soffit and trim, so from the street the house looks exactly the way it always has.
What does a permanent lighting install cost?+
Most Winnipeg homes come in between three thousand and seven thousand dollars, depending on linear feet and roofline complexity. Your quote is free and firm.
How does it hold up in a Manitoba winter?+
It is built for it. The LED chips and outdoor drivers are rated well past -40°C, and our install method accounts for expansion and contraction. We install straight through winter without issue.
How long does the install take?+
Most homes are finished in a single day, start to finish. Larger estates, commercial buildings, or homes with complex rooflines can take two.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We work with a Canadian financing partner so you can spread the cost over a monthly payment that fits your budget. We can share options during your quote.
What happens if a light stops working?+
You call or text us. Under our 10 year warranty we come out and fix it, usually within a few business days. There is no charge for warranty work.
Can I control the lights from my phone?+
Absolutely. Every install comes with the app. You can pick colours, set schedules, save your favourite scenes, and switch it all with a tap.
Do the lights use a lot of power?+
No. Modern LEDs are very efficient. A typical home runs a few dollars a month even with the lights on most evenings.
Can I take the system with me if I sell?+
The system is meant to stay with the home and often adds resale value. If you move, we would love to install a fresh system at your new place.
